I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter. After a screening call and phone interviews with managers, the recruiter abruptly ceased contact. I found this strange because further interviews were mentioned to me. Since I was farther along in the process, I expected a simple touch base or notification that they would not be moving forward. I followed up three times but received no response. Weeks later, their system generated an automated email notifying me they would not be moving forward. I had already proceeded with other offers due to their lack of contact and transparency in addition to their conflicting messages during interviews. Overall I got a sense that this company or department would benefit from a more robust organizational system, especially as they move forward with hiring candidates.

3 interview. First two went quite well and the third maybe not so well. After all the time spent to prepare I only get a generic email to say I was no longer considered for the job, after chasing them of course.

Interview
I was referred for an AE role and was contacted by the recruiter pretty quickly. The recruiting call was fine, then I had a 2x1 interview with two teammates. I thought the interview went really well, they even ended by saying we hope we get to talk soon! I ended up not getting the role, which was fine but I didn't get a response for four weeks. The recruiter was always responsive when I followed up but the hiring managers took a long time to make a decision. When asked for feedback, I didn't hear back.
3, 30 minute virtual interviews within the same day. 1-2 people sat on each interview. All were kind and well informed. Questions were thoughtful however they weren't difficult to answer. Received offer same day of interview.
