The Company called back (DID NOT LEAVE A MESSAGE), I had to return their call from my caller id, just to get my phone interview... Once I had them on the phone, we briefly discussed their requirements for the position and if I was open for an in person interview. We scheduled the interview for the next day.
Upon arriving at their office, I was there with three other potential candidates, as well as what seemed to be a out of uniform tech chit chatting with the receptionist. The office was a small "industrial building" with only one office and a receptionist area. I was requested to fill out an application while I waited for the office manager to conduct the other interviews. The office manager was conducting her 9am interview (with her door open) upon arriving 15 mins early for my interview, which was at 1030am. As stated the office was small, her door was open, so I could literally hear EVERYTHING. After the first interview running over the allotted time, the receptionist and office manager decided to both conduct interviews....
After waiting for nearly an hour past my interview time, I was interviewed by the receptionist. She didn't have a copy of my resume so I had to give her one she was not a good individual to be discussing my future employment with. She had no clue how to conduct an appropriate interview. So for 30 mins we just "talked". There was little rhyme or reason to the interview. Upon conclusion of the interview I was told to expect a callback for a third interview, from the owner. Disappointing to say the least.
