I applied online for a different post. After a few hours, a lady named "Linda" called me and told me that I'm not suitable for the position I applied for but they do have other openings and I was interested in applying for them. She gave me two options of contract processor position and a recovery agent. I chose the former. And then began a quick telephone interview asking customer service related questions. She discussed the salary which was $11-13.50/ hour depending on your shift. I was called in for a face to face interview the next day.

4) How would you rate yourself from 1-3 for the following and why.
- Coming to work in a formal attire

- Your ability to keep up with your coworkers
5) Why did you leave your previous job?
6) Why Preferred Credit?
7) In your precious job, what was the thing that you loved the most and a thing you disliked?
8) What would your previous supervisor say your biggest accomplishment was in that role?
9) What is a fast-paced environment for you? How would you define it?
10) If we were to talk about ethics, what would you say what does ethics mean to you?
11) What kept you so long in your previous job?
