You meet with the store manager first, they'll ask you about your past employment, why you would want to work there and the other basic interview questions. If they offer you a second interview, it would be with the Area Sales Manager. Then they ask you harder questions and dig a little more personally to see how you are as a person. If they want you to work there, they will describe the position. Give an extremely vague description of charge backs and ask you when you can start.
