They called me to interview over the phone. There were not many questions asked. When I asked them about the position and salary, the hiring manger was vague. He had me come in for an in-person interview. An associate told me to follow him to Starbucks where he informed me of how the company operates. He showed me the business model. Employees are trained to recruit new employees. Every signed contract equals commission.
