It was pretty easy, basically just asked why I wanted the job and why I'd be a good person to hire. Nothing hard was asked to me. Job got handed right to you.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Premiere Theaters (Melbourne, FL) in Apr 2014
Interview
I turned in an application in person to the theater. Less than a week later they contacted me for an interview. They asked me about my favorite movies. Asked why I wanted to work there specifically. I was asked what I brought to a team, and what would want them to choose me over anyone else. Very basic and easy interview questions. After the interview I was asked to call back the following week to see if I was offered a position. The whole process took a week and a half.
