The interview process was rather straight forward. I received an email asking me for a time and date for a phone screen with their recruiter; she was great and it was very relaxed. Within a few days of this interview, I was interviewed a second time by a technical professional. This was to make sure I had an idea of what I claimed I could do. The third interview was a dinner meeting at a very nice restaurant. This meeting/interview was with the manager of the client unit in which I was applying for. This was again, very relaxed and comfortable. Next, I meet with the Prescient Talent Acquisition Manager for coffee, where I was presented with an offer. The entire process was greatly organized, professional, and timely!
