      Client Relations Coordinator Interview

      I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Presti & Naegele (New York, NY) in Jul 2025

      Interview

      The interview process was a phone screen and the following week a panel interview. I prepped really hard and made sure to study up not just on the role but on the company itself. The panel interview was close to 45 minutes where all 4 interviewers had their own respective questions. I thought I was doing well, everyone was smiling but next week if I hadn't sent out an email reaffirming my interest I would not have received a reply back stating they could not offer me a role at this time and would keep my resume on file (we all know what that means). Please note they make you fill out an 8 page application (not just the initial one online) and be ready with 3 references from past employers before you could do the panel interview. I did ask for feedback but did not get a reply.
