I went to PCG for an interview at the beginning of thr week. They were extremely polite and friendly from the moment I walked through the doors. The secretary in the front was extremely informative of the position and was able to give me some insight on the position. I had already researched the company before hand and was impressed with their 225 percent growth over the last three years. One of my friends worked in the NY office and had referred me to check out their newest Branch in Maryland. I met initially with the hiring manager and was informed about what PCG does and the responsibilities of the position. I've been doing marketing for over 18 years and was impressed with what the company had accomplished so far. I was invited back for a second interview and had the privilege of shadowing one of the executives for the day and truely geating a day to day view of the position was amazing. I was able to see why the company has grown so quick after learning about the training program and the company culture. I loved the fact I was able to see what the role in tailed and appreciated them giving me the opportunity to learn more about their company. The next day I received a phone call for my third interview and then was later offered the position. I'm truely excited to say I accepted the position and look forward to starting at PCG towards the end of the month. From what it seems withat them just opening the Maryland office it's like g2ttingnin on the ground floor and look forward to working with everyone on the PCG team.
