After applying for the position I received an email to set up a phone call interview with their CEO. The phone interview was about a half hour. I was asked to review my background, and was given more information on the position and what they are looking for. After the phone interview I sent a thank you email, and was asked to come in for an in-person interview the following week with 4 of their employees. I dressed up and brought a copy of my resume for each interviewer. The total interview was scheduled for over 2 hours of back-to-back 1:1 interviews with people from different facets of the company. Each one was very casual with "tell me more about" or "tell me a time when" questions. In my opinion, these interviews went great! When this was done, I sent 4 individual thank you emails to those team members. I waited a week for more information and when I heard nothing I emailed the CEO (whom I had interviewed with on the phone) about next steps and my excitement for the position. No reply. Ever.
