I applied online, got a phone call the next day. Pretty much got hired on the spot with no experience, explained how the company “worked” and they gave me an orientation date

No real interview process panel style interview where the panel was unsure of what questions to ask. The questions asked were unorganized Multiple people talking at once, room where interview was held was very hot, no temp control
