Position: Executive (Freshers both CSE or BBA)
First a written test with basic McQ and paragraph writing then an interview. They asked from topics in my resume to get an overall idea of my skills and past experiences.

Interview
I recently interviewed at Pridesys IT.
The process was smooth and respectful.
HR and panel members were friendly and professional.
The office looked clean, calm, and well-organized.
Everyone treated me kindly, which felt great.
I wasn’t selected this time, but I hope to apply again.
Would love to work in such a positive place someday.
