Submitted resumes are reviewed for professionalism and relevant experience. Promising candidates are called and interviewed by phone to determine phone skills, general competency, and life stage fit. Following a successful phone interview, a physical interview is scheduled and we run the candidate through various exercises testing his or her mental sharpness, attention to detail, judgement, and professionalism.
