Eles se comunicam pelo LinkedIn, mas demoram para responder e não fornecem feedback das entrevistas. Mesmo enviando mensagem para obter uma resposta, quase nunca há retorno. Acho que deveriam melhorar a abordagem com os candidatos, pois a falta de comunicação prejudica a experiência dos candidatos.

They just want to feed their database with candidates information. The interview was fine but in the end they wanted me to fill in a weird skills document. The recruiter was nice.
