I passed in the technical interview, in the next phase they asked me if I had doubts, then I questioned a few practices and after they explained to me I said it was completely wrong.
So I was not selected, and their justification was I was not senior enough

Entrevistas agiles hasta el momento final.
Centradas en experiencia y conocimientos. Nada técnico hasta la entrevista con el cliente. Todo correcto, todo bien, todo buenas palabras hasta que llego el momento de contratación. Me presentan el contrato, las condiciones, todo en orden, encaja tanto por mi parte, como por parte del cliente. Me mandan el contrato para firmar, me piden que me espere para enviárselo de vuelta, ya que tenian que cerrar fecha de incorporación y ... Aquí estamos 1 mes después, no he vuelto a saber absolutamente nada de ellos.
Tras varias llamadas en las que me dan largas, decido que el proceso ha finalizado. Por suerte, tengo trabajo.

3 phases. The 1st was easy just to evaluate motivation, background check and career expectations. 2nd with a Business Manager that was good technically speaking and 3rd with the Project Manager.
