Interview

Exchanged a few emails and agreed a time and date for a phone interview. The time arrived and the HR person neither called nor responded to my emails to ask if they were going to call. I've experienced some pretty shoddy HR practices over the years but rarely such rudeness. I'm disgusted. That person shouldn't be in an HR role.

I was contacted by the company and we agreed a precise day and time for a phone interview. They never called me or e-mailed me back after I enquired about their failure to show up. No explanation, nothing. This is the first time it ever happened to me in 18 years of career, I am appalled.
