I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Princeton in Asia (Princeton, NJ) in Jan 2019
Interview
The interview lasted about 3 hours total. There are two separate interviews - one with a member of the management team and one with a PiA alumnus. I found the one with the alumnus more conversational and lighthearted, while the interview with the management team was more substantial.

Interview
It was pretty chill. For the first interview (not position-specific) they asked me about hypothetical situations relating to cultural exchange and how I might interact with locals/deal with job responsibilities.

Question 1
-Say that one of your coworkers has invited you out to meet their family/friends on a weekend trip and you've already agreed/planned the trip with them, but then your supervisor says that there's a last-minute conference this weekend you have to go to. How do you handle that situation?
Two interviews, one with a staff member and one with a previous Fellow. It was pretty casual and each interview was about 45 minutes, with a waiting period in between. They give you a block of time that both interviews will be completed within and sometimes they go over, so definitely bring a book!
