Interview
My situation is different. Since I worked here before, I did not follow the normal interview process. I am not sure what the process is now. I still had to interview with the CEO and Director of Sales, though. We discussed the way things had changed since I had been gone and if I would be a good fit now.

They wanted to know how I had changed over the last 5 years and how my life experiences had improved my capabilities to handle this job, and they wanted to know specific examples.
