I applied online and heardback within a week asking me to attend an interview. It was a group interview held on Teams due to Covid situation at the time, and was just an introduction to the job - what a typical shift would look like, allowed us to ask questions etc. Then immediately after that had a phone interview where I was asked series of scenario-based questions. Interviewer was very friendly and helpful. Was offered the job on the phone immediately after being interviewed.
