Is usually an a live online interview of two panel members. In which they will inform immediately whether one fails or passed the interview. But having experience does not guarantee that one will be employed but can help one to pass the interview

Interview
Easy going. Interviewers were friendly and made me feel at ease. A lot of scenario questions as well as heavy emphasis on your knowledge around safe guarding. Interview lasted approximately thirty minutes.
