The interview itself was very easy and barely lasted 10 minutes. Was invited back the next day for an observation day which was a complete joke as I ended up being dragged around Birmingham watching door to door sales.

It was the same as the other reviews have stated. I waited with others (there were other people applying to different companies) for 30 minutes then I was asked for the interview with Will Ross. He explained what they are doing although it was a bit vague. Probably not to scare all candidates. He asked about my previous experience and what makes me think to be a good fit for the job. Then we discussed my strengths and weaknesses. I was offered to come next day for the observation day. I asked him about what the reviews at Glassdoor stated and the manager was hesitant to ask. I think they don´t even expect anyone to ask any questions. I refused later to come on the observation day and I have not received any reply.
