Won't be considered without a sports modeling background, so make sure that you go in with requisite industry experience (regardless of proficiency in data science or analytics). Culture does seem innovative in the DFS space, although other products are starting to create competition.

1. Phone Screen - straight forward. asked questions about your resume, what you did previously. Do you like sports? etc. 2. Interview with head of data science. Asked a little bit more technical questions - python, sql. Not into any depth. At the end of this was given a take home test based on sports analytics. Python, SQL based. 3. Interviewed with one of the Data Team's data scientists. Similar to interview with Head of Data Science. Straight forward. Talked about sports!!
