Not really a way how good employers do. It’s almost next minute expectation to take interviews. Recruiter will promise the offer after you clear every round of interviews. The CEO will meet and tell you the same story but after you submit documents they requirements will go on hold and the team disappear from world. I don’t recommend this organisation for anyone. It’s ok to reject a candidate you but you have no right to collect documents by promising the offer and telling them no. At least try to write subject line in your interview meeting email that’s my least request.
