You interview with the Manager and HR Director and he does a great job with selling snake oil. You will have a phone screen then possibly two face to face interviews. They speak more on selling the company and the potential money that can be made vs. focusing on your work experience.

I arrived and I had to fill out an application, I interviewed with human resources they explained to me what the hours were and my benefits. I was told about the $1,000.00 sign on bonus. I was told about the phone system, the accounts required to work.

I was very quick and easy but the company is a revolving door when it comes to collectors . The entire process took like 1 and a half weeks . The interview was easy she asked question like can you remember a script , can you worke d200 accounts a day , etc
