Cordial and friendly. Relaxed atmosphere - they made me feel as if I already had the job. The questions were pertinent but not pointed or aggressive. I felt competent and enthusiastic about the prospect of working for them. I listened and asked questions a lot and they were quite willing to answer, sometimes at length.
