Very efficient and productive interview experience. Had a meeting with the sales manager and then went to Ohio to have a play tour and a panel interview. The interviewers were thorough and fair, and the interview lasted about an hour. It was a lot less tense than other panel interviews I have done. The plant tour great and the employee who headed the tour really did a great job at explaining how the products are made and how the company works at base level. Everyone I met was very genuine and it seems that they really do live up to their brand and their company motto. They do things the right way, from the production of their products to the way they interview and select candidates for open positions
