The interview itself was well structured and planned out. Sophie who was the in house recruiter processed the application and was helpful throughout the whole process. Before the interview, Sophie provided details on what to expect in the interview and the types of questions could be asked. In addition, a guidance document was issued giving tips on how to conduct yourself during the interview.
On the day of the face to face interview with the line managers, the same sort of questions that the recruiter had suggested came up. This made the interview more comfortable and was able to answer confidently. The interview was concluded with positive responses from the line managers.
After the interview, Sophie the in house recruiter was in contact to check how the interview went and to give the next steps.
Subsequently from the positive interview, the job offer was then made and the whole process from applying for the role to the interview was excellent.
