It was a 3 stage process. Initial call with hiring manager, discussed the role and myself. 2nd call was more in depth, had hiring manager and 2 would be colleagues on there, included a demonstration of relevant skills. 3rd call was a 10/15 minute presentation, choice of 3 topics with 24 hours to prepare.
