      I interviewed at ProbablyMonsters

      Interview

A one hour screen with the hiring manager which was positive - specifically avoiding useless brain teasers and talking about technical + job experience. A lot of the HR focus was on the no crunch culture. Then the next phase of the interview was a four hour take assignment... For a company that insists it considers work life balance, having the 2nd phase of your interview be four hours of unpaid labor is not a great look. Then I asked, in order to justify the extra overtime I would have to spend working on it, if they could send me the salary range for the position. No response after that <shrug>.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

About my process for prototyping (this was for a gameplay programming position).
