Phone screen followed shortly thereafter with an in person interview. Screen consisted of basic technical questions, background and experience. In person interview included discussion of how to approach various problems and best approaches at optimization of algorithms once defined. Following the technical I met with leaders in the organization to discuss products, process and the company in general. Overall good experience.
