When I first arrived i was given a tour of the facility by an HR representative. During the tour the HR rep conducted a formal interview. I then met with 5 people including 2 other HR representatives. Prior to being asked to come in for an interview I had 2 phone screen interviews, one with HR and the other with the hiring manager.
