I was interviewed by two management representatives, followed by a 2nd part interview by current employees. Basic questions in regards to dealing with customers over the phone: how to handle upset clients, about your past job took up alot of my time. The current employees ask you questions to see how you would fit into their office culture. Overall pretty professional and textbook questions. Took about a week after to hear back via email, where I was offered a pay rate and schedule. Accepted it as well.
