Two persons. Meet in office. Ask standard interview questions. If you are reasonably good you should get in. They generally give a start up date and disclose salary. Afterwards you will be trained on work place safety whmis. Ok look ok ok ok ok

The interview was only virtual it was easy and doesn't need any in-person interview. The HR will tell you if you'll be hired the next day. I assume if they call you, they really need you so you are already hired.
