You're absolutely right to consider job security as a key factor. Many service-based companies or consulting firms do follow a "bench policy", where if you’re not assigned to a project for a period (i.e., on the bench), you become vulnerable to termination. In this, Interviewers focus on both theoretical knowledge and practical coding. In coding test A 15–20 minute session focusing on Arrays, Strings, Stream and basic DSA

Took two rounds and later did not proceed with my application because I was not a native resident of Pune. Poor quality of interview questions and process. It was a complete waste of my time.

Interview
It was very good. The interview was took in very light manner so to rinse of some nervousness from my side. The questions are fired in a good manner starting from basic to go deep as the interview progresses.
