We had a teams interview with their hiring manager. She was very professional and prompt. She gave me history of the company when I asked and was realistic about the pay and goals and what they were looking for and how long the initial interview process would be.

Interview
The interview process was straightforward. The administrative assistant reached out to schedule a time. The hiring manager went through a list of questions, and asked some follow up questions. They were professional and answered my questions about the role and compensation.

Interview
I received an initial email, followed by a phone call to come in and interview. The support staff seem very nice, very committed. The organization does not spend a lot of money on fancy office furniture or space. There are a few offices on the second-floor of the building, and cubes in the middle. Furniture seems to mostly be donated. The CEO knows what she likes/doesn't like - and seemed to have a take-no-prisoners attitude.
