First interview was a breeze, second interview it was clear the person running the interview had not bothered to read my cover letter and only asked cookie cutter questions, not gaining much information about my actual background or abilities. Not a great experience.

Very impersonal. Video interview only with standard questions about being a leader and how to best support customers. I submitted the video interview and just received a generic "We have had a lot of great applicants and will not be inviting you to the next stage" email.
