I applied online. I interviewed at Project Farma (San Francisco, CA) in Oct 2025
Interview
There were 3 rounds: screening with HR, more technical/behavior-based with a manager, and the third with a VP. The first two went well, but the third was confusing because it was a lot of the same questions; it ended early by the VP, and I didn't have a great conversation like before. They were polite and straight to the point. I had no idea I would receive an offer until a month later, when they randomly reached out. I thought I misunderstood how to formulate my answers to align with the time and perspective of the VP. I thought I fumbled with understanding what they were asking.
There were 5 interviews. First with HR then with a manager (this is a more technical review) then you meet with HR again and a few others. It was a month long process.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Project Farma
Interview
I first had a screening interview with the hiring manager and then three rounds of interviews. The interviews were largely basic company interest questions and several behavioral questions. They seemed to be focused on company fit overall after competency questions.
