Interview
I had a 2 step interview, meeting with 2 integral team leaders. Both were polite and it was evident they truly cared about their mission and finding a person who would best help them in their work to achieve it.

A lot of the questions were centered around interpersonal skills, your ability to deal with stressful situations and your level of comfort dealing with sensitive topics (considering the nature of their work).
