      Account Manager Interview

      Dec 27, 2017
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      New York, NY
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at ProjectLogic HQ (New York, NY) in Dec 2017

      Interview

Very short and precise. Auggie properly coordinated me to the right person and interview process. There were series of the interview including an "immersion" from which it confused me further as the position I applied is different from the position presented.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at ProjectLogic HQ (New York, NY) in Jan 2018

      Interview

Please try not to guess my age but over the course of all the years applying to jobs, this by far was the simplest and less painful of them all. I applied online and soon enough, I was approached by the HR Department via phone call. It was a pleasant conversation with a young gentleman. He informed me, that based on reviewing my resume, that he would like to setup an interview with his Hiring Director. I obliged. Two days later, I sat down with a young woman, who greeted me warmly. We spoke for about 15-30 minutes. Straight-forward and to the point. The questions were typical of any interview, although we did divert from the interview and spoke about our love of Japanese food. We mutually parted ways, on a good note. She informed me that I would expect a phone call, if I would be invited for a second interview. Crossing my fingers.

      Customer Service Representative Interview

      Positive experience

      Application

I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at ProjectLogic HQ (New York, NY) in Dec 2017

      Interview

It was easy to set up a time for the interview as they gave me reasonable hours during the day. One thing that is worth mentioning is that the invitation and confirmation emails have been sent into my junk folder, but since I do check it often, it was no problem for me. The first round was introductory and short (~15 minutes) where we discussed and introduced each other. I was told that I will be contacted shortly for the second round. Next day I was called up to come in again, so I set up the next interview in the same fashion. Second round was longer and more in depth, as I have expected, and relied on the importance of the training and fast grasping of how the things go. I have sat down with the management team and top leaders and was told that I will be contacted for the next round I found as appropriate candidate and it felt a little competitive, so I was a little nervous. Luckily my performance satisfied the managers and the team and they called me in for the third round by the end of the week where I was told that I have gotten the position!
