Candidacy Timeline: - Applied on LinkedIn (the company's career site redirects to LinkedIn for all openings). - Resume Reviewed by Pronto Housing - 1st round screening/interview (30 min phone call) - Outreach Email #1: 'thank you' note (next day) - Outreach Email #2: 'updates to share?' note (1 week later) - No reply. Positive conversation - candidate was told to expect a follow up in a few days, after the team member was able to connect with leadership. At latest, 1 week. Candidate never received any updates.
