Interview
I originally applied for the AAE position but HR recommended the Apprentice Program instead. I had a 30 minute phone screen with HR and then was emailed a writing assessment about 2 weeks later. I got called in for first round interviews where I interviewed with 7 people and was told the same day to go in the following week for a final round. The final round was about the same but I interviewed with 5 more people (including a partner).
There were 3 rounds, first with a recruiter, then 2 with members of the team. They made the interview process run smoothly and HR was very helpful throughout the entire process.

Interview
You interview with a recruiter then you go through two VPs and then finally hr manager. The interview was generic but the VP interviews are generally back to back. They were fast at getting back to me.
Screening and then meeting with the two bosses. Back to back meetings with the bosses, lasted an hour in total. Super easygoing and conversational. Seemed like a chill place to work
