I wanted to add that there are no wrong answers for our insight analysis (step 3). This is just a behavioral analysis that provides insights into your innate behavior and if there is a match for the behaviors required to be successful in the job. Sometimes, the behavioral analysis results indicate the applicant would be better suited for a different role.
For technical roles, we use the insight analysis results, conversations with the hiring managers, and answers to technical questions to determine if a prospect is going to be a good fit for the job. Oftentimes, we have several candidates going through the process at the same time, so we select who we think will be the best candidate for the job.
