Several stages: initial phone call, casual meeting with development manager, interview with three directors, insight/trial day, online test and a meeting with team members. Prospect Health were very friendly and kept me updated all through the process. I felt it was very thorough, and that they were keen to ensure I fit into the team well. The insight day was valuable for me to see whether I liked the atmosphere of the company and the work I would be doing.
