The interview process seemed professional. I went in to the office to discuss the position with the owner of the company. From there, I was selected for an onsite interview to see how the job functions. Lastly, I attended a final in-office interview. During these interviews, a lot was said and explained to me but little of it actually proved true. I was lied to about basic job requirements while others were simply undisclosed. They tell you what they want to get you in the door and leave out the things that would prevent you from staying. It's wise to take everything they say with a grain of salt.
