I had to prepare a strategy prior to the interview. The interview went well I felt and the interview panel were welcoming and made me feel at ease, they even came back to clarify a point about my skillset. However, they chose the other candidate in the end as they felt their skillset came accross stronger - which was a shame as I had a lot to give to the role. Looking at their staff on LinkedIn there isn’t much diversity, so I think this might have been a factor in their decision. Wish them
