The interview process was clear, efficient, and moved along quickly, which I was very grateful for. There was a take-home assessment and three different interviews, and the first two interviews felt very appropriate for the role with very friendly interviewers. There was a skill assessment which took a bit of time but wasn't very difficult. However, the last interview had very oddball questions that felt immensely insignificant in coordination with the actual role description - it was a disappointing end to an otherwise decent process, and the longest interview did not contain almost any questions evaluating my skill or experience. The role was also listed as remote but it was heavily implied that my presence would be wanted at a specific office over an hour away from me.
