Proudman Marketing interview questions

The process was relatively straightforward. I went in for a brief 10 minute interview to discuss interest and a second round interview that lasted about an hour. We went into marketing tactics and I was walked through the position mobility process as well as pay and benefits.

The first interview is with the CEO himself. This interview is quick and briefly outlines the job as well. The second interview is much longer and describes the job in full detail along with advancement opportunities. There is also questions relating to mentality, attitude, and work ethic. Many of the interview questions pertain to the ability to maintain a positive attitude and being able to do what it takes to get the job done.
