Interview
Pretty standard process when it comes to these types of roles. Call with the hiring manager, small presentation project, call with VP of solutions, and final call with COO. It's a small company, so it makes sense they want to make sure you're a good fit. The hiring manager was very responsive and tried to keep things moving along.

Interview
The interview process was very lengthy which had more than 3 rounds and to schedule each one of them it took several weeks. After spending so much time, energy and effort they didn’t even have a clue how to put my experience to use or decide what role I could fit in best. They didn’t say they like me or I didn’t do well but they were confused where I will fit in and said we will continue to look for another candidate. It was a total waste of my time. Please get your interview process and evaluation streamlined so that you guys can stop wasting candidates time. Their response after a round of interview is unacceptably delayed.
