Primo colloquio conoscitivo telefonico. Il tutto è durato una ventina di minuti. Si è tenuto principalmente in italiano con la parte finale in inglese. L'HR mi ha messo fin dal primo minuto a mio agio.

Interview
The Interview was multistage and consisted of a series of phone interviews and one group assessment. In the assessment we had to prepare a case and present as a group. Later in a 1:1 interview the case was presented again with our own solution and opinion that might vary from the group. I stuck to not repeating the group solutions but just my personal opinion that deviated from the common solution. The case was generic and already known by many applicants.

The questions were based on experience and behavior shown in prior experiences or student live. Questions about moral and work place behavior, leadership and criticism were part of it.
