Publishers' Graphics interview questions

No real structure to the interview. The interview was more them asking me what I look for and once I explained they quickly made offer. It is another example that shows the entire company is very disjointed and unstructured. I was given a low offer which I initially declined but then was offered a matching salary to my existing job pay and I then accepted the offer.
